• Dave and Steve were neighbors for years, but didn’t know it until Dave moved out of town.

• Steve taught David Crosby how to make a “killer” paper airplane.

• Dave’s old band opened for Little Feet, the Marshall Tucker Band and Blue Oyster Cult. His new band has opened for Lee Bryce, Ed Sheeran, and the Mowgli’s.

• Steve once performed on stage with 80s pop princess Debbie Gibson. Dressed as 80s pop princess Debbie Gibson.

• Dave is a Maryland State Champion baseball player.

• Steve has wrestled alligators. And won

• Dave can’t snap his fingers. But he can snap his ears. For real.

• Steve nearly got into a fistfight with an iconic rock star when the guy mistook him for someone else.

• Dave actually got into a fistfight when some dude mistook his cousin for someone else.

• Steve was once mistaken for a drug runner by a multi-jurisdictional maritime task force in Miami.

• Dave was once mistaken for a lady’s dead grandson at a Red Lobster.

The Outside World

We both have our creative pursuits outside of advertising. You've got to, right?

Dave is a lifelong musician and singer/songwriter who was touring with his band Puddleduck when he got his first job in the ad biz as a graphic designer. He's continued to play and record regularly and in 2011 started a band called The Vagabond Union. Together they've recorded two albums and continue to play dates at clubs and large venues.

Steve has been drawing and painting since he could hold a crayon. As a child of the sub-tropics, he grew up on -- and under -- the waters of South Florida, the Keys and Caribbean. For nearly three decades, he's been selling marine and island-themed art from watercolors to wood carvings.
